Bacon-Wrapped Green Beans!

So pretty much everyone who tries my bacon wrapped green beans falls in love with them. They have been called “Bacon Flavored Candy”, haha.

One can French Cut Green Beans OR Two cans regular green beans

1/2 cup – 3/4 cup brown sugar

One package bacon (try to avoid thick cut, you’ll end up with less slices)

Baking pan

Preheat Oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Before opening the bacon, pour the green beans and brown sugar into separate bowls. You will not want to grab brown sugar from your entire package when your hands are contaminated by raw bacon juices.

Cut the bacon into thirds lengthwise.

Spread a few slices out. Grab a little fingerful of brown sugar and rub it on each piece.

Stack three green beans toward one end of the slice. If you’re using French Cut, just grab a couple and bundle them up.

Roll that bad boy up and put it on the baking pan. Repeat about 50 times, lol.

I apologize for the upside down photos, lol. Once they’re all in the pan, sprinkle a little more brown sugar on top (I did mention this isn’t exactly healthy, right?)

Close-ups of brown sugar are always good photo ops. 🙂

Bake at 450 for about 20 minutes, until bacon is fully cooked. If you make these for a party, expect them to be gone in about 32.843 seconds. Unless it’s a vegetarian party. Then you can have them all to yourself.
